Four Years Have Passed Since I Wrote my Last "Wisdom"
Book, and boy, they have been hard years! One Of The
Hardest Parts About The Passing OF Time Is Watching
My Face And Body Slowly But Steadily Age, even daily!
It's Hard.
It's hard to look in the mirror and see the wrinkles are forming
and you start to wonder if you look "Weird" or are aging prematurely,
and worse, the thought of botox and other cosmetic procedures seems
increasingly tempting. For Me, I Plan to age without any botox or
other cosmetic procedure, much less plastic surgery...I see beauty and
character in aging skin and aging faces. A wrinkled, tired face is notEVER An "Ugly" Face...Rather, it is the trophies of a well-lived life.
You earned those age marks with a life well lived. Me, I have wrinkles at
the furrowing of my brow called "Frown Lines". I am so embarrassed of
them. Sometimes I try to suspend my eyebrows in public so noone will
see me frowning...but I know deep in my heart that the frown lines come
from eight years of College education, furrowing my brows to study textbooks
day after day, night after endless night. I have frown lines because of my education.
And isn't that something to be proud of? If you are married, your husband is getting
older too...grey in his beard, forehead lines, weakness of skin elasticity that he and i
had and cherished in our youth....
i will say this much: Aging takes Courage. God meant for us to grow physically older
with the passing of time. Don't worry about it. appreciate god's handiwork in your body
as you age. Be Grateful for your health...be grateful for what you have, that you are still beautiful,
and probably always will be, no matter how old you become. Pray to God for His Grace
In Your Aging. Try To Age With Grace. Don't Take It Hard. Take it Gently, Softly,
With Grace and Patience. In due dilligence is the well lived life. With age we are all
coming closer into God's kingdom, so rejoice that We are naturally coming back to The Lord God
In Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul. To Dwell With Him Forever In Heaven. Be at Peace, Child of God.
Age With Grace.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen!
