Chapter 25: Providing For Your Household
Money is very difficult to come by. In fact, one normally has to have a job to
have any money. Me, I have a mental illness that disables me and prevents me from
working...So my father pays the rent, and my grandmother supplies groceries and
things for the house.
But Providing for your house is up to you. When you go out to the stores with your
family member, you will need to think...what do we need? What do we already have?
What can I get that I want? It's all very strategic, you have to have a thinking process
when you are on a minimal budget, as I am. If I see something that I fall in love with,
and it isn't too expensive, i ask my grandmother to buy it for me....and she often does!
I try to buy things that we need. Sometimes its hard. Like laundry and dish detergent,
toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc...these things you are going to have to bring yourself
to purchase--even though you don't want to spend your money on them. Washing clothes,
for example...you just have to do it. If you don't have a dishwasher, you can hand wash dishes
but you'll need to find a local laundromat if you can't afford a washer and dryer. Stuff is expensive!
It's sad that poor people on minimum wage budgets never or rarely get disposable income. Money
to spend "for fun". When you are very poor you don't have the money to buy "fun" things or go on vacation etc.... but it's important to buy toilet paper and cleaning products, a vaccuum, etc. I know they are expensive, but they are neccessary....a vaccum can be replaced with a broom. I swept my carpets today, actually. It's less expensive. Providing for your household, however much money you have...means you must remember to provide the essential things like groceries. Children can spend their money freely, because they don't understand nor have to worry about grown up needs like food and cleaning. But we're grownups, and grownups must clean the house, and put food on the table, even cook the food from scratch! How difficult it is....It's sad. Just do your best....cry a little...you'll be okay. Making ends meet is impossible for me, because i'm sick...it's hard to depend on my family. Your spouse can work...Best of luck!
In Jesus' Name,
Amen

Chapter 24: Being A Good Wife
Being a good wife is very important. One must be faithful and diligent in all things, unto thy husband. One must do good to thy husband even as though he were thy child. If you view your husband as a little child, then you shall see him as he really is. Truly, husbands are like little boys. Sometimes they misbehave, but if your husband is a Good Man, One Should Forgive Them. Being a good wife means being kind and loving, to care for thy husband even as though he were helpless...for verily and truly he is, helpless. What is a man without a Woman? And a loving wife, a good woman, must surely be loved by her husband, if he be a good man. And if he is not a good man, then do not marry him. But if he is a good man, seek after to provide for him all good things that make little boys giggle and laugh. Being a good wife is just to love and be faithful to Him. Clean the house for him. Provide food, clothing and shelter for him. Watch over your little lamb when he sleepeth. He is only a child. Be faithful to him, come what may. It is more vital to his heart than many diamonds. If you are a loving, faithful wife, then you shall be loved, and many years shall be thy life with thy husband.

Chapter 23: Beauty: It can be fun, But it isnt who you really Are
Find the beauty in you. You are Beautiful. I know because I have never seen an ugly face! Which means yours is no exception. We are all created by God to be his Beloved Creations. He Wants Us To Be Who We Are Naturally, and not fight what God gave us. We are all beautiful! Besides, beauty is all relevant, one man's trash is another mans treasure...beauty is in the eye of the beholder...we are all beautiful.
Makeup: Is Fun, But don't let it become a mask you hide behind. So many people are afraid to go outside without their makeup on. I say, proudly show the world who you really are! Because, deep in our hearts, we all know that beauty isn't important at all. it is fun when you have it and painful when you dont have it. it is a gift from God.
But beauty doesn't matter! It doesn't matter what you look like. it matters what's inside you, who you are, your personality, your heart, your soul. Beauty is only skin deep. One eyeliner can make me a beauty...but wipe it away and im bare and plain and vulnerable.
Be easygoing with beauty. its fun. don't feel a need to be beautiful because beauty isn't important. Just wear whatever you want, act however you want, do whatever you want, be whoeverr you want to be. Beauty is Fun, But it's not Important. Who you are inside, that's what matters. If you're beautiful on the inside, that's all that matters.

Chapter 22: Writing
Writing is my Biggest Passion. I love to write. It helps your writing if you read alot, especially when you were in school as a young person. Every little novel helps. It's never too late to start reading. Read Poetry! I love Poetry. I Write Poetry, In Fact. I try try to write a Poem Every Day.
I have some tips for writing. Some people write fiction, i write poetry. A Plotline is not my strongest skill. Some people are brilliant with plots.... I can write a good allegory or fairy tale, but i've only written a few, and they are completely metaphorical and fantasy, mostly about true love.
If you're like me, you're not very good at plots or characters. But I love to write! Description is my skill, also wisdom and saying things that will help people. I love to write poetry.
-Try To Write Like You are Talking To Someone. Just write down a mental conversation you're having with someone you love. Write like you talk.
-no need for second drafts. My first drafts are my best drafts. I never write a second draft.
-When it comes to the fear of Writer's Block, I say, "The Only Thing A Writer Has To Fear Is Fear Itself." Fear that our writing wont be good enough keeps so many people from writing. But you have to be confident. Let your writing flow smoothly and easily like water. Water flows and gathers and evaporates and even boils, yet is still water....so too with inspiration for writing. Writing comes and goes but you want to write when you have the energy. Don't push yourself if you do have a block. Think about why you have a block, but often one is just exhausted, needs to build up energy to write again. Writing takes Time.
I write naturally, And it's my Passion. When I Write, I am Free. Anyone Can Write. Some people dont' have the confidence because they were bullied in school or told they were "dumb"///NOBODY IS DUMB. Start the book. Write today! Write whatever comes out of the top of your head. don't worry about the quality. Just Write, like a journal. Free Flow.

Chapter 21: Staying Up All Night, Or Insomnia
I have severe insomnia. In fact, I am completely able to sleep without taking several pills. Days go by and i still haven't gotten any sleep... this is very dangerous. and it's painful. No matter how hard i may try to sleep, I can't even keep my eyes closed! So i lay in bed for hours and stare at the ceiling because i'm unable to close my eyes. When I do close my eyes, i see horrific nightmare images.
But...That's WITHOUT my medication. When I take my medication, Xanax and Geodon, I sleep naturally, like a baby. It's a really wonderful thing, that a pill can give you a good night's sleep. Without my medications, I would probably die. But with them, I am perfectly well and comfortable.
If you can't sleep, Go To The Doctor. Insomnia is VERY REAL. If you don't have your medications, then you'll have to stay up all night until someone brings them in the morning. At least, that's how it is for me. Staying up all night is a test of endurance and self control. One becomes incresingly sick and in pain as the night wears on. You find yourself praying and praying for the light of dawn. I hate nighttime. Maybe I am a child of the Sunlight, because, I'm always unhappy at night. I am afraid of the dark. You must be strong, and go to the doctor if you can't sleep over a period of time. Listening to YouTube videos and drinking hot Tea, will get you through the night. Good Luck....

Chapter 20: Building a Support Network Of Family And Loved Ones
You can should try to be a "hub", a center, for communication, for your family. I am one. In a way, I keep the whole family together. My parents are divorced and the kids are all grown and live all over the country. So naturally it is a challenge for me to keep everybody communicating, to keep everybody on the same page...you could say that i am one of the people "holding this family together". If it weren't for my phone calls and relaying of information to one another, then they wouldn't be communicating with one another at all. Because most of my family will talk on the phone to ME, but my sister and mother and brother don't talk to each other....and my mom and dad don't talk to one another...and my grandparents dont talk to my mother or brother. Confusing, I know! I have to relay messages to one another from each other and keep everybody up to date on what's new and changing in each other's lives. In fact, if it weren't for me, my family would hardly be in touch at all! It takes effort to be a Hub of Information and communication between a group of people, my family. I promise myself i won't let them drift too far apart from one another...so i call them all daily or weekly to chat. I visit my grandparents. my sister visits me. Never underestimate the power of a lot of phone calls over a long period of time...you'll hold together a support network of family and loved ones! THat, my friends, is How I Personally Built And maintain A Support Network of family and friends. Phone calls. emails. communication. My treasure is in heaven.... I am a good person, and I believe in the value of family. They all love me, even if they dont like one another....and that is everything. A support network of family and loved ones!
In Jesus' Name,
Amen.

Chapter 19: Telling Others How Much You Love Them Every Day
Your loved ones need to know just how very much you love them. That's why it's so important to show them how much you love them. Tell them how much you love them, individually. Call them every day or every other day. Draw your family close about you. They'll probably ignore you after the first few calls, but they might not; and at any rate, calling them and sending them messages regularly to remind them that you love them is so important. Spend time with your loved ones! Take out time of every week for family visiting. Your Parents, Grandparents, brothers and sisters are your inmost circle. Share good times with them. Spend time with each one of them. Make memories over time. Because what if you died suddenly? Wouldn't you want to tell your loved ones exactly how much you loved them? Or what if one of them died? Wouldn't you wish you had told them and showed them how much you cared before it was too late? Life is for loving. Life is brief, and when we die, we're gone and it will be too late to tell them all the things you had to say....
So tell them now, now and every day! Get on the phone and call your mother and grandparents and remind them how much you love them! Because we aren't going to be around forever. You want to live your life so that, if anything happens to anyone, you won't be full of regrets that you didn't make the most out of your time on earth with them, or told them you loved them. Treasure moment with loved ones, make it a way of life. If I die tomorrow, i will die at peace, because my loved ones, friends and family alike, all know just how much they are loved. I have already told each of them all i have to say, and i continue to do so as life goes on. Live a life for no Regrets! Tell everyone how much you love them, every day.

Chapter 18: Joining Online Groups and Communities
It's a great way to make friends if you join websites that share your interests. I don't like social media. Everybody picks on me, and nobody will be my friend. I felt lonely for a long time.
Then I found Google Plus, and joined communities that shared interests that I have. Like Tea. There's a tea lover's group. And Animals. I joined a bird photography group. There's fashion and beauty at Pinterest which is fun. www.allpoetry.com is my favorite site because I can write and share poetry with people all over the world. Here's a group called Healing from God.
The Poetry Cove
Poets of GooglePlus
Journal Writers
Arts, Poetry, And Other Things
So, in conclusion, there are endless groups you can join on google plus, pinterest, allpoetrty, and other sites. You don't have to be good at any particular skill. it's just things you have in common, like recipes or humor or flowers or cats. Here's a link to get a GoolePlus Account For Yourself!
Oh, you'll make lots of friends. and people are really nice, too! You'll be talking to people from all over the world! Have Fun!

Chapter 17: Loneliness and how to survive it
Loneliness is the sweetest emotion. Fortunately, I don't get it that often.
I spend most of my time alone, yet I am never ever lonely. Lonely is when
you wish someone was there with you...me, i'm so in love with theodore that i can't
wait to see him when he gets off work. So I am never lonely because I am always thinking
about Theodore. If you are lonely, find a best friend, a soulmate...because you can be at a crowded party and still be filled with loneliness, still feel alone no matter who is with you. It's really sad.
People who are lonely are usually young. They haven't found their soulmate yet. When you find your soulmate, your best friend, you aren't lonely any more. You find someone who completes you,
someone who keeps your heart warm no matter how alone you are, yet you are never lonely.
How do you find a soulmate? Look in the right places. Wish on every star in the sky. I wished on stars all my teenage years, and then I met Theodore, my soulmate. I say the stars gave him to me... that is what i believe. Wish on stars. Write sad poetry. Wander lonely highways. Walk in forests at night. There's somebody out there just like you, looking fo somebody just like you. Then get on dating websites. You can fall in love with a simple kind of man, a man who does something he loves and understands, a man who doesn't have money, a man with dreamy eyes, a man without a career. A man who works with his hands. A Homeless or very poor man. A man you can love. If you are lonely, then you simply haven't found your soulate yet. Wish on stars. Blow Dandelion wishes. Pray. God answers prayers...he does! God Answered mine. So the answer to beating loneliness is, to pray to god, until god sends you someone who doesn't make you feel lonely any more. Because if it isn't true love, loneliness can occur. Even in crowded rooms filled with "friends". True Freiends are hard to find, and they are forever. Make true friends.
In JEsus' Name,
Amen.

Chapter 16: Painting.
I Love To Paint! I Use watercolors. All colors are fascinating, especially pastels and jewel tones. Those are the colors i use most. I most enjoy painting flowers. I have never taken a real art class, yet i've painted hundreds of paintings, they hang all over our apartment...and, I just do it for fun! I get the urge to paint once a month or so. And I grab my brushes and
watercolors... i have a special beloved brush that ive worn the enamel off of the handle of the whole brush. That's when you know you love a paintbrush... when you feel like you can do anything with just that one brush, just that brush and any given color, you could paint anything....anything you can imagine, you can paint. paper is a 2-dimensional surface and I'm not that great at depth or volume... but i paint kind of surreal florals, still lifes, impressionist and symbolist styles. Some paintings come fast, some take all day. Painting is a little bit of luck. You see, I paint from my imagination mostly, so the designs and patters have to be imagined in my mind as I go. I tell stories with paintings. That's where painting is just like poetry. Painting depicts ideas and concepts and stories in paint and ink, whereas writing poetry also depicts ideas and concepts and stories-- except using language, words, the English language. Gliding my brush across a paper or painting leavesor trees or a fish or a lily or a rose or a feather, fill my heart with joy, with life. I feel more alive when I've been painting. It just comes from the canvas of my mind. You could say, I am a "dreamer", because I write poerty daily, draw and paint monthly at the same time. When I am composing a book I fill it with my artwork...and that's an excellent way to show off your paintings, is to sell them in your poetry volumes! Our walls are covered in paintings....Joy is painting. The glide of the brushstroke is like i am a ballerina, gliding like a swan with infinite ease and grace. Its fluidity of movement. It's beauty in color and form. It's really beautiful! You should Try Painting! In JEsus Name,
Amen.

Chapter 15: Cooking
Cooking is good for you. You get to feed your loved ones. Many people don't know how to cook much at all. That is why you should go to the public library and check out recipe books. Recipe books are awesome! Or Google Recipes for anything you can imagine, that you want to learn to cook! Say to Google Search,"Recipes For Pie Crusts" or "How To Make Homemade Macaroni and Cheese" or whatever. Think of your favorite foods and find recipes online and in recipe books.

Chapter 14: Gardening
First of all, I inherited a major Green Thumb from my Grandmother Geen, so I could write a book about gardening. Growing plants is soothing to the soul. There are flowers, herbs, groundcovers, mosses, annuals, perrenials, vegetables, medicinal plants, flowers, and more flowers. I've grown them all on my porch in the last seven years. I've always been a gardener.
Why should you garden? Because getting your fingers in the composted soil feels so good and heals the soul. Because there is something holy in planting a plant and watching it grow, watering it and delighting in it as it blooms. I love to water my plants. I feel like my plants have emotions, i can feel what they're feeling when i go outside. Especially after a good Rainstorm.
Grow and herb garden so you can have herbs in your cooking. Grow a flower garden so you can be happy and for the beauty. Garden all year round. Grow a summer garden, a winter garden, a spring garden (bulbs!), and an autumn garden. Gardening continues year-round. It's kind of hard to explain
my love for plants, but here are some ideas for gardening that i have done and tried:
-climbing vines on porch railings
-container herb gardens for cooking, basil, thyme, rosemary, etc,
-tomato plants, strawberry plants, pumkpin vines.
-roses of every size and variety
-delphiniums
-bulbs (iris, tulips, daffodils, amaryllis, crocus, gladiolas, etc)
-succulent gardens
-turning a planter into a pond garden and adding fish
-fountains
-garden statues
-mammoth sunflowers by the dozen (grow from seed)
-perrenials
-mosses and groundcovers
-ferns
-indoor plants
-orchids
So go to the plant nursery and look around, and buy yourself a little garden! Or you can grow plants from seed, seed packets are for sale at most general stores. they must be watered and planted an inch deep, though, and although cheap, they don't come up as easily as one would hope. But they're fun. Try Sunflowers. You can scatter sunflower bird seeds in a yard or meadow and see if they come up. Instant Garden! Enjoy.,,,=)

Chapter Thirteen: Being On Psychiatric Meds
I Have an illness of my brain. But My Illness Has A Cure. Writing About It Makes Tears Fill My Eyes, So I'll Be Brief. If It Weren't For My Medications, I would be Dead. Or Worse than dead- I'd be screaming, hearing voices in a padded room, paranoid beyond reason or understanding. I'd be dying and screaming.
But Fortunately I take many daily medications. I am disabled, that is why I cannot work a job. My career is in writing books and poetry. I have a brilliant mind, but it has something raging inside of it.
It isn't that i'm illogical...I went to college for seven years after my first hospitalization, and I got good grades. No, It's Chemical imbalance. It's Paranoia. It's Auditory Hallucinations. Its the inability to control my physical muscles or body and thrashing. It's talking to myself all night.
But....With my medications, I am alive. And more, I am well.
Sometimes, tragically, One cannot decide what cards one will be dealt in life...i was dealt a severe mental illness. It is not my fault. And it isn't anybody's fault. It is a disease. The Fact That I am writing this book is a reason to be happy! It shows how successful the medications are at keeping me sane. My Doctors would be proud of me, if they read my work. Just Because it doesn't sell, means nothing. I am writing and in my right mind-- and the writing is beautiful! Writing is truly my passion. So, That's all I Have to say about being on Psychiatric Meds. They Keep Me Alive. It's really sad and we've all cried alot of tears over the years... but we've all kind of accepted my condition. I have a husband and a great family, and I'm a really kind, loving, creative person! I spend my life in love and in love is the communion God has Affforded me. No Money, No Work, Little Responsibility-- Just Getting well and taking my meds that keep me alive. Because I am Loved. I am so dearly Loved. In Jesus' Name, Amen!////

Chapter 12: Getting Into Hunger and Sleep Cycles, Naturally
Our bodies work in cycles. we eat, then a few hours later we get hungry...then we eat again...and get hungry again...and so on, all our lives. We wake up and get tired and go to sleep every night...then wake up the next morning and live, and go back to sleep at night. These are our bodies' natural sleep and hunger cycles. Listen to your body! My Best advice, after years of fighting sleep and eating cycles, is: do what your body wants, not what you want, because your body knows itself better than you. You think you need to work late and lose weight, but you DON'T! You don't need to diet. You don't need to wake up early. Take naps and eat snacks. You wont get fat and you wont lose money from work. In fact, if you eat and sleep when your Body Wants To, Ignoring outside influences...Then you will actually be Happy! It's healthy. It's good. all-nighters are terrible. starvation diets are a nightmare. I still struggle with both of these struggles...but when in doubt, i make myself take my pills, go to sleep, and eat when I am hungry. Your body regulates itself and if it is hungry, it needs to be fed. Such Is Mortality. Don't Go Hungry to look like supermodel. They are all starving to death and they AREN'T prettier than a natural, well- fed, healthy woman. fashion hunger is just a fad, a fad that will pass. Real men love healthy women. Feed Yourself! Sleep Late!
Snooze! Now Excuse me, while i go eat some chocolate chip cookies...In JEsus' Name, Amen./

In closing, You Know Who You Are. How You Choose To Reveal That To Others, Is All Up To You. Me, I try to be genuine, honest and real. it's good advice from a thirty year old. Chapter 10: Why and When To Pray...Prayer As A State of Mind
Prayer is a state of mind. Stay in a prayerful spirit, and you will be close to God.
Prayer is The Spirit of A Well Lived Life. It is Hope in Darkness. Praying to God Is
more than a way of getting through...it's a way of life. If you are scared pray.
If you are happy pray. If you are tired pray. If you are full pray. If you are hungry, pray.
You Can Never Pray Too Much. Prayer is a Way of Life. Learn To Pray All Day Every Day,
about Everything. God will keep you close to him and safe from harm. Pray for your loved ones.
Pray for the world and all its misfortunes and troubles. Pray. Never Stop.
God Comes to Us in the holy spirit. He Dwells with Us and Talks With Us in Our Hearts, God Comforts us. But Only If One Stays In a Prayerful State Of Mind. You can feel the holy spirit, you can come closer to god, as close as youcan imagine, through prayer. Just pray. What does it mean to you- Prayer? Then that answer is your connection with God. Pray in your own way. Listen for The Lord. He also Answers Prayers. God hears all of our prayers and he answers them. If you want to draw nearer to God, Jesus Christ, then Pray all day every day. Prayer is a way of reaching God. It's like calling God on the Phone, when you pray. You will become a good person if you pray all day. You will start doing good deeds and thinking about others. The Holy Spirit Will Fill Your Heart and Make You Virtuous and Beautiful and Good. Just Pray. God Hears Every Single Prayer We Make in our Hearts, including the unspoken ones. My prayers are almost always unspoken, felt by me in my heart. I love God. Prayer Is A Way Of Life, A State Of Mind. Be Godly....Be of A Prayerful Spirit, connect with God. You never know, he might just write you back....an answered prayer a still small voice inside you...faith....Prayer is the cornerstone of a good life. In Jesus' Name,
Amen.

Chapter 9: When Life Gets Too Hard.
When Life Gets too hard, you have to look deep inside yourself and draw from your heart that
wellspring of strength you have inside of you, the strength inside of you that is Stronger Than
The Pain. If Life is Too Hard, You Will Have To Be Tougher. Be Strong. God Gives Us that
inner strength inside of our souls, to overcome whatever blows he throws our way.
Misfortunes hit. Tragedies happen. Things just shock us. We Cry. We think it will never ever get better. But I'll tell you a secret that my husband taught me....
When Life Gets Too Hard, Theodore Goes Fishing. He has bought himself a tackle box, pole and supplies to fish all he needs to. There is a nearby pond. So when Theodore is very sad he catches worms in the yard and puts them on hooks and sinks them into the pond and waits
for the float bobber to go down. He sits in the close of evening and watching the darkness coming around him, and he waits for a bite. And you know what? He catches fish! God Gives them to him.
That is my husband's way of talking to God. Then he takes to fish home and you know what he does? Heuses a dinner knife to cut their heads off while they are still alive and flopping, and pulls the worm and all their guts out. A dozen fish makes for a fish fry. Jesus taught us all that. So I fry up his fish and he calls me when they are ready and we eat them...and you know what? We actually FEEL BETTER THEN. Then, he can get on with his life. He is a very quiet person Can you find something in your life, a way to pray or talk to god, a way of praying, taking chances, using luck, that can allow you to talk to God? It may Help.
Me? When Life Get's too hard, I get angry. I'm kind of dumb, so i just start freaking out, acting crazy, talking to myself. It gets out the toxins of pain. If you are in pain, find a way to Release that Pain. Brainstorm. What can you do?
Heartbreaks will come. But you have Got To Be Stronger Than The Pain. If You can be stronger Than The Pain, Then you Can be ok. if not, you can always cry. Knowing when to be strong and when to let yourself cry is a gift from God. When to you get tough, and when do you cry instead? That is up to you...follow your heart! When things get too tough, follow your heart. Find a way to release the pain. We are all different. Toxic Pain cannot overcome us If We Accept the Pain and React. Don't let life Bully You Around. Be Tough. Stand up to hardship. For goodness's sake, For all of us. For yourself. For Jesus Christ. For your mama. Stand up for yourself. and stand up for anyone else having a hard time. When life gets too tough, the tough get going!

Chapter 7: Healing
Healing Takes Time. The Body Heals, The Heart Heals, but only
With Time. Over Time Everything Heals. Shakespeare wrote,
"What Wound did ever heal, but by degrees?" Sometimes we don't know
what to do. We feel lost. But Putting one foot in front of another will heal you.
One moment at a time, will restore your broken heart. Time heals all things.
And there are so many ways to heal. Food heals. Sleeping heals. Long Walks
alone or with someone you love heals. Crying heals. Buying things heals.
Buy yourself something you've always wanted, if something bad has happened.
Treat yourself to ice cream cones, and share them with your family. They probably like
ice cream cones too. When I am sad, I call up my grandmother and we go shopping or pull
weeds or drink tea or eat or just talk on the phone. Mostly, we jusst talk about the pain.
So many countless hours, she has soothed my broken hearts. There is alot of pain in life,
but only time can get you past the painful parts of life. your heart wants to heal, like your body.
And You Will. Believe That you Will Heal. You Will. Heal. In your own time, in your own ways,
to come up and bloom like a flower on a stem. Find it in you to grow and soothe those scars. Heal yourself by being gentle to yourself. love yourself. And Heal others. Heal one another. Pain is very real. it is a part of life. Pain is real, but so, too, is the overcoming of suffering. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Chapter 6: Taking It One Day At A Time
Life Is Hard. Often, It's too hard. Never forget that
You Can Cry Tears To Wash Away Tall The Pain. Sometimes,
All One Needs is a Good Cry. Tears Heal the soul. Most People
have all these pent-up aggressions and sadnesses and heartbreaks
and fears and pain...just cry. Learn to cry. Forgive yourself, and
cry hard. Life's too hard? Cry. Cry and release all those negative toxins
in your body. Learn to cry when you need to. Just start thinking about how sad
things are, and you'll start tearing up. Crying takes practice. Take it one day
at a time.
//You know, people are always going around looking for money. I say, what money?
We don't need money. We need to learn to cry. Life's simple pleasures, is everything.
Take Your Life Bit By Bit, hour by hour, moment by moment, day by day. You'll find
this is a soothing and good way to live. Feed yourself morsels of good things like music,
food, clothes, jewelry, treats, candy, and spend time with your loved ones. Treat yourself to
solitude. Sometimes we all need to be alone. Alone time is good. Never let yourself think
about things that could hurt or harm you. Life is precious! Life is sweet. Just be wise, and let
it wash over you moment by refreshing moment. Money? What money? I don't need money.
I'd rather be homeless than do manual labor. I DO work...I am a writer....but I'm not making any money. So there. I work, but make no money. Money is irrelevant to happiness.
Think about the present moment. Where are you? What are the sensations-- the sounds, the textures, the temperature, the way your heart feels, what are you thinking about, how are you physically, what is around you. what do you see? What can you do to get up and feel better? This is how I live, in the present moment. I am aware that life is temporary, and so i try to enjoy every precious moment washing over me moment by moment. Take your life one day at a time. Each day has enough evil of its own to deal with. Don't push one day on to another. Be Free. Don't go into debt. For Me, Debt is hell. You cannot live in the present moment as much when there are bill collectors at the door.
Find your own inner peace and happiness and don't let anyone take that away from you, ever.
Take Your Life One Day At A Time.
Life Is Hard. Often, It's too hard. Never forget that
You Can Cry Tears To Wash Away Tall The Pain. Sometimes,
All One Needs is a Good Cry. Tears Heal the soul. Most People
have all these pent-up aggressions and sadnesses and heartbreaks
and fears and pain...just cry. Learn to cry. Forgive yourself, and
cry hard. Life's too hard? Cry. Cry and release all those negative toxins
in your body. Learn to cry when you need to. Just start thinking about how sad
things are, and you'll start tearing up. Crying takes practice. Take it one day
at a time.
//You know, people are always going around looking for money. I say, what money?
We don't need money. We need to learn to cry. Life's simple pleasures, is everything.
Take Your Life Bit By Bit, hour by hour, moment by moment, day by day. You'll find
this is a soothing and good way to live. Feed yourself morsels of good things like music,
food, clothes, jewelry, treats, candy, and spend time with your loved ones. Treat yourself to
solitude. Sometimes we all need to be alone. Alone time is good. Never let yourself think
about things that could hurt or harm you. Life is precious! Life is sweet. Just be wise, and let
it wash over you moment by refreshing moment. Money? What money? I don't need money.

Chapter 5: Hope For The Future
Always keep hope for the future. I know that sounds a little funny, but
it's important. You haveto have Faith that the Future is Going To Be OK.
When You Don't Have any money, it's hard to talk about security for the
future. life insurance and retirement plans require money, but I don't have
any money. So I Pray. I plan to continue writing daily and hopefully someday
making some kind of money about that. But The Future isn't really about money!
It's about your heart. Look forward to the future. Have Faith that it will come.
Plant seeds of dreams today that in time will become trees and keep you shade.
The Future is wonderful thing to dream about. It could be anything. Dream of the
future. Be Optimistic! The Future isn't about money. It's about being happy.
Believe that you will be happy. Believe in retirement with your husband. Believe.
The future isn't a dim, soulless thing. In fact, it's as vast and powerful as your wildest
dreams. If you can dream it, you Can Do It. Never Give Up Hope. Have Faith In God
That The Future Will Be Better Than Now. God Provides. He Provides for us all. And so,
God Will Provide For You. The Future is Nebulous...The Future is Scary...But You must
be brave! Have Hope For The Future. Don't fear tomorrow. And Never Give Up.
If I Can Do it, You Can Do It Too...Push Forward, With Hope For The Future.
Always keep hope for the future. I know that sounds a little funny, but

Chapter 4: Waiting For My Husband for Four Years
For The Last Four Years, I've been waiting for my husband
to get home from work. I just keep this prayer in my heart
that someday he will come home to stay. "I have to work,"
he explains. "Who else is going to pay the bills? I have to work,"
He says. He is gone from 8am-2am nearly every day, working two
full time jobs as a dishwasher. I know he works hard. But it's hard on
me to wait for him. I don't know how I Do It....Love. Because I Love him.
I never get tired of waiting for him to come home. When he gets home,
I welcome him and get in bed and cuddle with him. We make up for lost time.
Marriage is a funny thing...you know, if you really love someone, you will find
yourself waiting for them to get home for ...four years and counting.
Meanwhile, I've gotten so much work done! I write when my husband isn't home.
I write poetry while listening to music. I've written about twenty five volumes of
poetry so far and I am still working. I dream of the time when Theodore will retire
someday! You see, he pays child support for another woman before me. It takes nearly
all of his paycheck. We live from paycheck to paycheck. You could say, we're very poor.
We don't have disposable income...we just cherish the time we have together.
If you really love someone, you will wait for them. Find a husband you are willing
to wait a lifetime for. I can't wait for his child to grow up, so he can stop working
and spend time with me. I wish we could retire! True Love Waits. I wait for Theodore.
And I always Will Wait For Him.

Chapter 3: The Value of a YouTube Account
A YouTube Account is one of the best Free Things You Can Get.
You can organize your videos into Playlists. I have some serious
organization in my video collection, I have videos from the last
five years! Create several playlists at once and add songs and videos
as you go. You can upload home videos, but i don't recommend it.
I recommend typing in the song lyrics and keywords of your favorite
songs and movies into the search engine, and putting together for yourself
a lovely safety net of videos you can watch to comfort you and take up your
time. It's just incredibly soothing to have youtube on your phone and compputer.
You can watch anything you want as much as you want, and it's all 100% free!
I am perhaps most grateful for my youtube account when i have insomnia and
i cannot sleep. it is highly entertaining. i like to watch videos from 3-6 AM
when my husband is fast asleep=guilty pleasure. YouTube Is A Guilty Pleasure.
I've made a way of life out of It. I highly recommend a youtube account for anyone
of all ages. Good Luck! Click here to access youtube.

Chapter One: "Age With Grace"
Four Years Have Passed Since I Wrote my Last "Wisdom"
Book, and boy, they have been hard years! One Of The
Hardest Parts About The Passing OF Time Is Watching
My Face And Body Slowly But Steadily Age, even daily!
It's Hard.
It's hard to look in the mirror and see the wrinkles are forming
and you start to wonder if you look "Weird" or are aging prematurely,
and worse, the thought of botox and other cosmetic procedures seems
increasingly tempting. For Me, I Plan to age without any botox or
other cosmetic procedure, much less plastic surgery...I see beauty and
character in aging skin and aging faces. A wrinkled, tired face is not
EVER An "Ugly" Face...Rather, it is the trophies of a well-lived life.
You earned those age marks with a life well lived. Me, I have wrinkles at
the furrowing of my brow called "Frown Lines". I am so embarrassed of
them. Sometimes I try to suspend my eyebrows in public so noone will
see me frowning...but I know deep in my heart that the frown lines come
from eight years of College education, furrowing my brows to study textbooks
day after day, night after endless night. I have frown lines because of my education.
And isn't that something to be proud of? If you are married, your husband is getting
older too...grey in his beard, forehead lines, weakness of skin elasticity that he and i
had and cherished in our youth....
i will say this much: Aging takes Courage. God meant for us to grow physically older
with the passing of time. Don't worry about it. appreciate god's handiwork in your body
as you age. Be Grateful for your health...be grateful for what you have, that you are still beautiful,
and probably always will be, no matter how old you become. Pray to God for His Grace
In Your Aging. Try To Age With Grace. Don't Take It Hard. Take it Gently, Softly,
With Grace and Patience. In due dilligence is the well lived life. With age we are all
coming closer into God's kingdom, so rejoice that We are naturally coming back to The Lord God
In Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul. To Dwell With Him Forever In Heaven. Be at Peace, Child of God.
Age With Grace.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen!
